Bill Lautman has successfully executed numerous public and private investment banking transactions and hosts an extensive roster of senior-level private equity, venture capital, institutional debt, and industry relationships. Prior to his founding Nexus Health Capital in 1999, Mr. Lautman served as Partner and Head of the New York Healthcare Investment Banking Division – Cowen & Co. and Senior Vice President, Healthcare Investment Banking Group – Kidder, Peabody & Co. Inc.
