There is a good reason Founding Partner John Foy is known as the “Strong Arm.” Foy has devoted his career to protecting his clients. He has gone to trial in numerous Atlanta personal injury lawsuits and wrongful death cases. He has also fought for his clients’ rights in insurance law and premises liability lawsuits.
Mr. Foy is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He attended the University of Dayton, where he received a B.A. in Political Science. He received his law degree from the Ohio Northern University School of Law. Foy has been practicing law in Georgia since 1993. He has been named one of the top 100 by The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 organization.
