Anita Broellochs is a German entrepreneur. She is the founder and CEO of Balletic, Inc., a food tech company based in Davis, California that is creating animal-free high performance protein. She is also a co-founder of SVCMS which is an organization based in Silicon Valley with a mission to facilitate investment in cultured meat and future food technologies and hosting the larges conference on cell-based meat technologies called the Cultured Meat Symposium.
