Cristina Perez Hesano established Perez Law Group, PLLC in 2010. After successfully managing her own firm for three years, Cristina merged with Bellah & Associates, PLLC to create Bellah Perez, PLLC. Prior to establishing her own firm, Cristina was a judicial extern in the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Arizona for the Honorable Redfield T. Baum. She also worked for a two additional law firms, focusing her practice in mostly consumer bankruptcy matters. At Bellah Perez, she continues to provide aggressive representation to individuals in bankruptcy as well as through debt negotiation.
Cristina obtained her mediation certification through Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law where she focused on the various stages of the mediation process, working with different negotiation styles, and facilitating problem solving using the STAR Approach to mediation. She currently serves as a court-appointed panel mediator for the Justice Courts of Arizona in Maricopa County professional and facilitates settlement negotiations for various types of legal matters.
