Parija leads Biz4Solutions Finance and HR functions and is responsible for directing all aspects of Human Resources as well as accounting operations. She oversees all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll, financial reporting and entire gamut of employee-oriented process. Parija is responsible for managing compliance with all required central, state, local, payroll and other applicable taxes. She also contributes in people management, employee relations, skill building and is responsible for identifying talent and staffing strategy.
