One of the goals I set aside for myself around the time I co-founded Coinmen, was to actively contribute to the business ecosystem around us, hoping my professional background and experience would help the investor and business community operate even more successfully in India.
As a Partner at Coinmen, an accounting and tax advisory firm, I lead the international tax and transfer pricing practice, along with heading the Spain and Japan business groups for the firm. This gives me ample opportunities of interacting with international business community and an acute understanding of their perspectives.
I have had extensive experience of dealing with international businesses even in my earlier job profiles at Ernst & Young's international tax and transfer pricing team, where I gathered significant experience in handling transfer pricing issues including documentation, planning, audits and litigation. In addition, I focused on tax treaty and cross-border tax planning issues, and assisting companies in structuring overseas investment and transactions.
Through this platform, I would love to have a conversation or two to understand how I could individually, or as a partner help one or all of you. My purpose is rather simple, to contribute to the brand 'India'.
