The American author Carlos Rubio wrote a testimonial about Editions Dedicaces, and its president Guy Boulianne:
During my long writing career (12 books), I have had the opportunity to work with a number of publishing houses and editors, both in English and Spanish. In most cases, the experience was a positive one, with one or two exceptions.
I recently had the good fortune to have my novel Forgotten Objects accepted for publication by Editions Dedicaces. At the time the contract was signed, neither Guy Boulianne, the editor, nor I, had any idea what was in store for us.
I submitted the final revision of the manuscript, but apparently the format that I employed somehow was not compatible, so all the paragraph indentations had to be redone from scratch. After endless days of work, I thought that we were done, but I was wrong. When I received the PDF, I realized immediately that some of the syllable divisions were off, so I wrote to Mr. Boulianne at once to make him aware of this situation.
Throughout this ordeal, despite the extra work, Mr. Boulianne and his staff were most patient and cooperative, making sure that the final product met the high standards of Editions Dedicaces.
I want to take this opportunity to thank publicly Mr. Boulianne for all his hard work. He is, without a doubt, an editor who cares about the quality of his books as well as the authors that he publishes. It is my sincere hope that we can continue this mutually beneficial relationship, and that my future works will be published by Editions Dedicaces.
