Jacob Fladhammer

Jacob Fladhammer got his start in the pool business at age 16, cleaning pools after school for Emerald Pools and Spas, founded by his father, David Fladhammer.
After high school and passionate about business entrepreneurship, Jacob earned his degree in Business Marketing. He returned to Emerald Pools and Spas, determined to grow the company.
Jacob brought knowledge and innovation to the company to serve a wide range of customer needs. He incorporated larger technical repair and service routes, provided access to multiple high-end custom pool builds per year, and expanded a much-needed Pool Supply Store in North Phoenix—staffed by knowledgeable employees.
After years of learning and growing under the wing of his father, Jacob pursued business ownership and bought Emerald Pools and Spas in January 2018.
