Mike P. Hamby
D.D.S., P.A.
A North Carolina native, Dr. Mike Hamby, D.D.S grew up in Durham and graduated from North Carolina State University. He then went on to continue his education at the University of North Carolina Dental School and has served Fuquay-Varina and the surrounding areas since 1985. It has been his pleasure to accomodate the needs of this rapidly growing community. Not only does he offer professional service to his community but he also desires to dedicate his time and resources to his fellow citizens.
Dr. Hamby is active in his Church having served as an Elder, Deacon, and Sunday School teacher. He is past President of the Lion’s Club, and serves as a Founder and Director on the Board for Patriot State Bank. He is also a regular sponsor of Fuquay-Varina community youth sports teams. Throughout the years, Dr. Hamby has enjoyed treating the children of Belarus who have had their health compromised due to the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant disaster. These children come to the United States for a six week period to offset the physical affects of radiation exposure.
Participation in Continuing Education is a priority to Dr. Hamby and his staff; assuring that his patients are provided with with most up-to-date, cutting edge procedures and technologies. He maintains his membership with the American Dental Association.
Dr. Hamby loves the outdoors and is an avid hunter and fisherman. He also enjoys sports, travel, and time with his family.
