Brad received his bachelor's degree from Arizona State University, a Master of Science degree from the University of Detroit Mercy and completed the Post-Masters curriculum at Walsh School of Business. He did his doctoral studies at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology.
He owns and operates specialty metal recycling plants throughout the United States and Mexico. He is a fourth-generation metal recycler.
He started Implant Recycling in 2008 as a means of acquiring metals for his parent company U-Metco.
