Terry A. Szucsko is the newest partner of Lvovich & Szucsko P.C. He focuses his practice on family and matrimonial law, including divorce, annulment and separation, prenuptial and antenuptial agreements, domestic partnership, child custody, support, and visitation, spousal support, domestic violence and restraining orders.
Mr. Szucsko holds a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He has passed two of the hardest bar exams in the country – Florida and California – and is licensed to practice law in California State Courts as well as the Federal courts in the Northern District of California including the 9th Circuit.
He also holds a Bachelors degree in Business from California State University San Bernardino with an emphasis in Information and Decisional Sciences, specializing in Electronically Stored Information (ESI), and its impact on the corporate and legal communities. Mr. Szucsko is also uniquely qualified to handle all of your Business, Estate and Family Law matters.
Mr. Szucsko began his career in the Internet managed services industry in 1994. He was Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Web Zone, Inc., a nationwide collocation and Internet service provider with offices in 4 states and over 5,000 square feet of collocation space.
In 1999, Yipes Communications purchased Web Zone creating Yipes Web Services, Inc. Mr. Szucsko continued on as Vice President and General Manager with Yipes Web Services until 2002. During his time at Yipes, he conceived and designed Yipes product line which included: Backup on Demand, Storage on Demand, Load Balancing on Demand, Server on Demand, Firewall on Demand and VPN on Demand service lines – very much a pre-cursor to what is now known as “Cloud Computing”.
In 2008, Mr. Szucsko formed his own law firm focusing on family law, including divorce and child custody. By applying his diverse skill set and business acumen, along with compassion, common sense and hard work, this family law attorney is dedicated to helping others navigate through the complexities of their business and personal affairs one step at a time.
