Since its establishment in 2002, MINT State has emerged as a major player in the sports card and memorabilia industry, with a special emphasis on rare and high-grade items. The company's principal owner, Rick Snyder, says his infatuation with sports cards began when he was a mere six years old in 1971. "The pursuit of the world's finest examples of my favorite sports heroes has thrilled me for 46 years, as a collector and as a full-time dealer."
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Rick is a graduate of the University of Chicago with a BA in Statistics. He oversees MINT State's retail showroom, attends three or four major shows annually, and is proud to offer cards in the highest possible grades. Constantly on the lookout for high quality cards, Rick pays top dollar and offers an aggressive consignment package to sellers.
