Shanita Woodard
Founder and Owner
Shanita Woodard is the Founder and Owner of PICC DESIGN. She is a survivor of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma and used her experience as a patient to create a premium PICC line arm cover.
Shanita is also the Founder and Principal Coach of Essential Elements Coaching through which she offers coaching services to adult clients, women & men in the areas of leadership, career, wellness, and overall quality of life. She is dual certified as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership Index™ Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
Altogether, she brings 15 years of experience across corporate roles in marketing, strategy, commercial management, and engineering together with deep coach certification training and business ownership experience.
