Joe Donovan, founder of ProPRcopy, is a trusted communications professional.
Prior to starting ProPRcopy, Joe owned and operated a niche-specific public relations firm. Prior to that, Joe served as a consultant to state legislators, mayors and various members of Congress and was a partner and vice president of an education research firm. He also served as a spokesperson and communications strategist for a Wisconsin state superintendent and worked as director in the office of a U.S. Senator.
A published author, Joe Donovan earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
