Tim, owner and operator of Roanoke Valley CrossFit, has participated in Special Operations teams on more than 9 deployments to include multiple tours to Afghanistan, Iraq, and and several 3rd world countries. The lessons he learned and leadership he gained in the SOF community helped provide the foundation that Roanoke Valley CrossFit is built on. RVCF has an atmosphere that fosters motivation, patriotism, camaraderie, and inspires people to Lead from the Front. There are few coaches in the world with Tim’s resume. With nearly 10 years of CrossFit experience as a Coach and Athlete its hard to find a coach in SWVA with his experience, passion or knowledge.
