Anirban Roy, a Chevening Scholar from the London School of Economics (LSE) is Founder & Managing Director of SEED, a social venture to act as an end –to end CSR Implementing agency for corporate as per the current global and national standards. Anirban has multi-functional management experience of varied businesses in financial and industrial segments. In his last assignment with “Ernst & Young”, the global Management Consultancy firm, he was responsible for providing consulting services on risk management, sustainability reporting and internal audit to clients across diverse industries.
Headquartered in New Delhi and operations across India through 14 regional offices with a strength of 200 + staff, SEED is today one of the leading CSR Implementing Agencies in India. Over the last 8 years SEED has worked with reputed client group both from public and private sector like SAIL, NMDC, ONGC, Rural Electrification Corporation, JSW, Reliance Haryana SEZ (RHSEZ), Adani, Monsanto, JK, CAIRN, JSPL, Sesa Goa, ACC, Vedanta etc.
Anirban for his outstanding entrepreneur acumen and efforts won various awards including the BusinessWorld Young Entrepreneur Award, CNBC Young Business Icon Award, Global CSR Award for Social Entrepreneurship and more recently acknowledged as part ofYoung Leader Forum by British Business Group, under the aegis of British High Commission in India.
