As TIAG president and chief operating officer, Neil shepherds the company’s strategic direction, day-to-day operations and advancement. Leading TIAG’s ongoing evolvement and ever-increasing portfolio of work, he ensures corporate-wide cohesiveness and consistency in external and internal operations. For each process, he identifies opportunities to expand company capabilities and streamline service delivery.

In these endeavors to achieve consistent company growth and expansion, Neil applies more than 15 years of business and engineering experience, fused with his dynamic leadership style, big-picture ingenuity and sharp attention to detail. Guiding the exploration, augmentation, diversification and deployment of TIAG services and growth initiatives, he focuses on quality and services that drive business value and maximize return on investment.

To achieve desired outcomes for customers, Neil identifies new ways to model excellence through a process of continuous innovation. He is adept at pinpointing on-target solutions and opportunities where improvements can optimize productivity, boost efficiency, increase business value and lower costs.

Setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth, Neil spearheads and implements business strategies, policies and procedures that foster TIAG’s vision and unique corporate culture. Ensuring consistent quality service and performance, he steers numerous initiatives and project-specific objectives — among them, TIAG’s quantitative management activities for International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) certifications, as well as evolving TIAG accounting system practices and internal IT systems.

Since joining TIAG in 2005, Neil has advanced from software engineer to director, general manager and vice president. During his tenure, he has managed complex, enterprise-level technology projects that transformed numerous organizations across the Department of Defense. Neil helped shape contract operations and IT initiatives for TIAG’s work with U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Air Force Medical Operations Agency, U.S. Army Medical Department, National Center for Telehealth & Technology, Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, among other government organizations and city municipalities.
