John is an executive with over 15 years of experience in the private, nonprofit, and religious sectors. John has seen firsthand how placing the right talent into the right roles at an impact-driven organization can be transformational, for the organization, its mission, and the people involved. Before founding WorkMonger, a job-matching service for non-teaching roles in the education sector, John served as a Regional Executive Director for Education Pioneers. John has served on the board of 3 charter schools in Durham, NC; Washington, DC; and currently as the President of the Board of Directors of Wayside Charter Schools in Austin.
