­­A new home neighborhood is coming to Grovetown, Georgia next Summer. Prudential Beazley Real Estate announced plans of their newest new home community on their blog last week. Kelarie is to be built by three of Columbia County's most exceptional builders: Bill Beazley Homes, Downeast Homebuilders, and Pierwood Construction and will be located off Baker Place Road. The neighborhood will be convenient to a number of amenities including restaurants, entertainment, and brand new shopping centers.

The goal of the Prudential Beazley Real Estate Agent of the Month Award is to, "recognize those outstanding real estate agents who constantly put their best foot forward," as well as "inspire others to reach new levels of success within the company," Prudential Beazley Real Estate said on their blog last week. North Augusta, South Carolina has opened its first Park and Ride and expectations are high. Prudential Beazley Real Estate announced on their blog last week that the new facility is expected to encourage carpooling by providing a central meeting place to commute to work. "This year Aiken County stepped up to join the cause."

Last week on their blog, Prudential Beazley Real Estate announced that Grovetown, Georgia will be growing in the next few years, especially off the Grovetown exit. "Developers are currently forging ahead on plans for a 35-acre commercial development the keystone of which will be an 114,000 square-foot Kroger Marketplace." said Prudential Beazley Real Estate. The large shopping center will include nine retail and restaurant out parcels in addition to the Augusta area's first Kroger Marketplace.

Prudential Beazley Real Estate revealed in their blog last week that Summerlin's final phase will soon be complete. When construction is finished, Summerlin will have a total of 55 brand new lots, most of which will be the same size as lots in previous Summerlin sections.
