A recent study conducted in Cambridge has found that over one in four office workers find themselves making notable mistakes at work due to poor sleep and feelings of fatigue. The research, issued by the Sleeping Duck found that of those questioned, 53% of the 2,000 said that they woke in what many would call a 'bad mood' and thus mornings at the office were not necessarily a positive or productive time.
