ChemCeed will be attending the Independent Lubricant Manufacturers Association (ILMA) annual meeting this year, as well as sponsoring the Fun Run and Sports Breakfast of Champions at this year's event. This year marks the association's 70th Anniversary, and the meeting will be attended by key decision makers in the lubricant industry. ChemCeed would like to take a moment to highlight our lubricant product lines in light of the upcoming event.

ChemCeed, a worldwide chemical distribution company, will be attending ChemEdge in New Orleans, Louisiana. The conference and trade show is tailored specifically for the chemical distribution channel, and will feature training and education on issues important to chemical distributors, manufacturers, warehouses and service support companies. ChemEdge will be held at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel on August 14 to August 17, 2018.

ICIS released its 9th annual list of the Top 100 Chemical Distributors in its recent publication. The global listing is based on sales revenue and is compiled with the support the National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD), the European Association of Chemical Distributors (Fecc), Associquim (Brazilian Association of Chemical and Petrochemical Distributors), Responsible Distribution Canada (RDC), and the UK-based Chemical Business Association (CBA).

In order, to raise cancer awareness and support the American Cancer Society, ChemCeed has been participating in Relay for Life for the last 6 years. Five years ago, we held our first golf outing to help fundraise for our team. Due to the success of the event it has now become an annual event that continues to grow. With the help of our amazing sponsors and wonderful community participants we have raised over $10,000. ChemCeed is looking forward to another successful event on June 1st 2018!

ChemCeed has released the list of conferences and events they will be present at for 2018. ChemCeed representatives regularly attend and exhibit at a number of key industry tradeshows throughout the year. "Being involved in industry associations is a great way to bring in new ideas and keep up to date with industry trends. Our team loves to be able to get out there and meet with our customers and vendors face-to-face at these events," says ChemCeed Director of Operations and Marketing, Dana Brilla.

ChemCeed would like to congratulate Dana Brilla, our Marketing & Operations Director, who is celebrating 10 years working with ChemCeed and their owners. Prior to starting her career in operations at ChemCeed, Dana was an intern for the company while she was attending the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire studying biochemistry.

We at ChemCeed encourage community involvement and charitable giving/work. Not only do we contribute to community organizations such as Chippewa Valley YMCA, L.E. Phillips Work Development Center, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Club, Chippewa Valley Cultural Association, Alzheimer's Association, Hope Village, Northwestern Wisconsin Junior Achievement and various other community non-profits, we also spend time volunteering for community events. ChemCeed is proud to not only sponsor multiple meals throughout the year at Agnes' Table Chippewa Community Meals program, but staff, family members, and friends join together in serving the meals we sponsor. Members of the ChemCeed staff also stay active in volunteer activities for various educational programs such as Parents for Learning, Boys Scouts, and Junior Achievement. ChemCeed is also proud of our efforts to help fight cancer with our company's Relay for Life team we started 6 years ago. Our company now holds fundraising events for our Relay for Life efforts, like our annual ChemCeed Cup Golf outing, brats stands, and movie opening events. Cancer is an extremely close cause to ChemCeed since every staff member has been affected by cancer directly. It is our commitment to stay involved in community and non-profit organizations.
