Fourstar Connections, Solutions-Based Contract Manufacturer Goes Solar

Fourstar Connections recently signed a contract with Solect to install a 100 KW solar array on the roof at its main headquarters in Hudson, MA. This will supply most of its power requirements to run the entire manufacturing facility. The work began in September and will be completed and commissioned for use by November of 2014. In addition to the energy savings over time, Fourstar will be eligible for $80K-plus federal tax credit.

Fourstar Connections Gives Back to the Hudson Community

Last year, Fourstar Connections continued its resolve to make a difference in its local community with the formation of a social give back committee. In December, it launched a program to organize a collection of food and various other supplies from its employees for Hudson Food Pantry. The collection was delivered just before Christmas on December 21st, 2013 by the committee members.
