The Beryl Institute, a global institution dedicated to sharing knowledge on how to improve patient experiences at healthcare facilities, recently released their 2015 State of Patient Experience Report. The report, which was also released as a shareable infographic, shows the results of surveys taken by over 1,500 respondents in 21 different countries.
