New Study Addresses Opioid Use in Maryland Car Accidents

While impaired driving crashes can involve the use of many different kinds of lawful and unlawful substances that alter a driver's ability to uphold their duty of care behind the wheel, opioids remain responsible for a high number of drug-related driving collisions.
