Patient from the UK, a 78-year old lady, had been suffering pain after unsuccessful hip replacement surgery in the UK, and needed a hip revision surgery – which she chose to go abroad for. The patient was told she would need to spend 8 days in the hospital after the surgery, and then another 10 days in the country for recovery and rehabilitation, seeing the doctors every other day.
