This marks the sixth time the company has been named a Top Workplace by the publication.

In 2021, Nolan Painting was awarded two times for its civic impact. In July 2021, Nolan Painting was named a 2021 honoree of The Civic 50 Greater Philadelphia by Philadelphia Foundation, which provides a standard for corporate citizenship and showcases how employers use their time, skills, and resources to drive social impact in their communities and company. In an effort to re-engage with their employees and grow, Nolan Painting has decided to offer employees a "Summer of Fun" with a focus on team employees.

Nolan Painting has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

While 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone in many ways, Nolan Painting found ways to honor their commitment to the community by donating $60,000 worth of time, labor and resources to the Greater Philadelphia community.
