As the saturation with telecom services reaches high levels, the segment of business solutions gains importance, whether it is fixed line telephony, mobile phones, or access services. The scale of drops in the number of services and in revenues is lower within the shrinking fixed line market than on the mass market. In mobile telephony, enterprises generate a higher ARPU per SIM card for operators. However, the most important advantage of the business segment is the higher (compared to the individual user segment) need for various added services – whether in the DLISP segment (e.g. data centre or cloud computing services), fixed line telephony (e.g. PBX, help lines), or mobile phone services (e.g. M2M communication or mass texting).
