Transdiaspora Network to Host Halloween Carnival For HIV Prevention
On October 29, from 7PM to 11PM, Brooklyn-based non-profit organization Transdiaspora Network (TDN) will host a Halloween Caribbean-style Carnival and costume contest at New York hot spot Boucarou Lounge. Top prize will be awarded for the best Caribbean-themed costume and partiers can enjoy drink specials before 9PM, including $6 caiparinhas.
