Michael J. Koren, MD, is a practicing cardiologist and founder/CEO of both the Jacksonville Center for Clinical Research (JCCR) and Encore Research Group. Dr. Koren is also a Past-President of the Academy of Physicians in Clinical Research. His extensive experience as a principal investigator in over 500 studies has influenced the development of multiple new medical therapies. He has led several worldwide, multi-center clinical studies including: ALLIANCE, ROLE, and OSLER.
