It specialises in Personal and Corporate Development, of which Coaching is an important element. Noble Manhattan has trained over 4,000 coaches and has been awarded the only A+ accreditation issued by the European Coaching Institute (ECI), the original and largest accreditation body for coaches in Europe. The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) has accredited its Diploma as a Practitioner Coach, Diploma as an Executive Coach, Certificate in Work Place Coaching and Introduction to Coaching Certificate. The industry-recognised endorsement means students gain the prestigious level seven ILM diploma – the equivalent of a post graduate qualification – on top of their Noble Manhattan diploma and ECI accreditation.
