AKO Armaturen & Separations GmbH is a German company founded in 1984 by Antoine Kopp. The English company, AKO UK Ltd, was established in 1998 to provide more efficient distribution of AKO products in Great Britain and Ireland. AKO's product range has expanded to include knife gate valves, special fittings and various accessories in addition to the original Pinch Valves to meet growing customer demands. AKO's valves and fittings are specially designed for isolating and regulating abrasive, fibrous and corrosive media. It goes without saying that other media can also be controlled or regulated by AKO fittings.
