Corporately it has shareholder links to Asia Publisher Services in Hong Kong and therefore can offer unrivaled access to the entire book market in the East Asia region for local and international publishers. APD sells a cross most major publishing sectors including schools, academic and trade within a distinct academic division and a general trade division responsible for major nonfiction adult and children's trade. APD is unique in that it offers a combination of third party representation together with stockholding and distribution service for client publishers. It is particularly proud of its long-term joint venture with Thames and Hudson, the leading art and illustrated publisher for whom it has set up and run a regional company servicing SE Asia.
