A U.S. ARMY Veteran, Mr. Donald provides business consulting, sales, partnerships and direction of AVRC. AVRC provides a one-stop automotive recall service that provides a platform for automakers to execute automotive recalls. The AVRC system will contact every owner with the recall that applies to his or her vehicle for a period of 10 years.

Maycott is President, Scalable Technology Innovations, LLC (STI) which provides IT Services and Business Consulting Services. Mr. Maycott is responsible for the strategic direction, sales and day-to-day management of the company. He provides strategic relationships in many technologies and vertical markets. STI is creating the next generation solutions for the Mobile industry. Mr. Maycott has been working with small businesses since 1995 with a federal government market focus. He has been consulting to SBA 8A (minority), Woman, HUBZone and Veteran Owned Small Businesses for 19 years.

Maycott is Vice President, Exalt Integrated Technologies, LLC (Exalt IT).He provides sales and business consulting services. He develops strategic partners around the world. Exalt IT provides IT Services (Mobile, Enterprise Security, Application Development and Infrastructure) and Products to the federal government. Exalt IT is an 8a, Woman and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Mr. Maycott joined Exalt IT in 2007 to start the federal government practice, which is now 95% of Exalt IT business.

Prior to Exalt IT, he spent six years as a small business consultant who helped small businesses gain federal government IT contracts while building IT professional services organizations. From 1997 till 2001 he served as the Vice President of IT Services at a very successful 8(a) small business firm with headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia that was sold to Red Hat for $47 million in just 3.5 years. In 1995 till 1997 he served as Managing Consultant of International Network Services, which was a very successful startup that IPOed in 1996 and later sold to Lucent Technologies for $3.2 billion. He served with the US Army, Chemical Corp from 1977-1983.
