Einera Beauvais

Einera oversees the medical component within the REACH Program and is also responsible for (in New Haven, CT) the REACH and Bridge Programs, Vocation and Recreation Programs, Supported Living and Community Life Programs, Project SEARCH and the Chapel Haven Café.
Einera’s focus at CH has always been program growth and development. In 2008, she developed the SAIL Program (Schleifer Adult Independent Living). The SAIL Program, a fully integrated program in the New Haven community, was created to serve individuals with varying abilities who have the desire to live independently; however may need increased supports and structure in order to be successful.
Einera has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Southern Connecticut State University. She began her career as a Registered Nurse at Yale New Haven Hospital before joining the Chapel Haven team in 2001.
