Mary Gow serves as Chapel Haven’s Human Resources Manager. In this role she is responsible for overseeing Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation, Organizational Design and Human Resources Information Systems.
Mary joined Chapel Haven when, after spending almost one year working with the organization as a Human Resources Consultant, she fell in love with Chapel Haven’s mission and people and decided that she just couldn’t leave. Prior to working as a Consultant, Mary spent 21 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry in various Human Resources Business Partner, Project Management and HR Operations roles.
Mary received her BA degree in Industrial Labor Relations from SUNY Potsdam and her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management from SUNY Buffalo.
In her free time Mary likes to spend time with her husband, two teenage daughters and two Australian Shepherd dogs.
