Sunny Richards
Director of Community Programs, Chapel Haven Inc.
Sunny began her career at Chapel Haven in 1993 working for Tim Charron in the Recreation Program before moving on to REACH, Benefits, and later Supported Living.
This year she will celebrate 22 years with the organization and the last eight as Director of Community Programs. Sunny has enjoyed working for and sharing friendships with the community members both on and off campus. Over the years they have travelled together within the country and abroad, enjoyed cruises and camping trips.
She and her father enjoyed many years coaching Chapel Haven’s travel basketball team-culminating each season with game against Jespy House at Meadowlands Arena. Sunny is a 1998 graduate of Southern Connecticut State University.
