Terri Hagans is the HR Talent Acquisition and Development Manager at Chapel Haven. She oversees the recruitment process and staff training and development. Terri ensures that the agency bring the most talented and passionate people to work with our individuals to provide the best quality of life. She has vast experience working with non-profit organizations that support people cognitive, psychological and physical disabilities.
Terri received a MS in Organizational Leadership & Management from Springfield College in Massachusetts, BS in Sociology with a minor in Criminology from SCSU, and a Professional & Executive Coaching Certification from CaPP Institute in Georgia.
Terri is a world traveler and has an affinity for health and fitness. She is an avid runner and workout guru. She also holds a huge space in her heart for her Siberian Husky, Cody, who has transitioned to doggie heaven.
