A facilitator, author and social entrepreneur, Donnie Maclurcan Ph.D. is passionate about all things non-profit. Originally from Australia, Donnie is an Affiliate Professor of Social Science at Southern Oregon University, where he runs the Post Growth Institute: a group exploring futures beyond economic growth, and the Cascades Hub: a start-up space for not-for-profit innovation. His knowledge of the digital space draws on his work in helping more than 300 projects start and scale, often with restrictive budgets, as well as creating the Post Growth Alliance: a network of 50 like-minded organizations using their collective reach of over 3 million Facebook and Twitter supporters to raise the profile for individual group messages. Donnie is currently co-writing two books: How on Earth: Flourishing in a Not-For-Profit World by 2050; and The Not-for-Profit Handbook: How to Start, Scale and Sustain Community Projects in an Ever-Changing World.
