The second album is not only an excellent successor to the debut but also shows that this band can develop even more. This talisman increases the potency of incantations by 8%. It is great for a Faith build with this item equipped, especially when stacked with the other talismans that increase incantation damage, such as the Flock’s Canvas Talisman and the Holy-Shrouded Cracked Tear. This talisman can be obtained in the Mohgwyn Palace region on a corpse by the name of Gowry. It is best to take this quest all the way through and kill Millicent at the end, as this will put her in a state where she will constantly cry at Gowry, allowing him to drop this item. It can be purchased from the merchant in the same area as well, but it is cheaper to simply kill him for this item. Wall Clock After two highly acclaimed records that expertly mixed a plethora of genre classics with psychedelic embellishments and spacey themes, Denver's Blood Incantation had become a high-profile 'it band' in the modern death metal scene. With their newest effort, however, they've turned their backs on the riff-heavy death metal that won them such high acclaim. Instead, they've taken the listener on a cosmic journey through otherworldly sonic landscapes on their first ambient LP, Timewave Zero. While there are certainly still some pummelling old school riffs to be found on the album's two lengthy tracks, it's clear that the band is fully aware of what their fans expect from them. With that in mind, the sound is a lot more refined here than on Interdimensional Extinction, and the result is a record that sounds huge while never overshadowing its heaviness. The production also delivers an organic feel that's refreshing in a world of overly polished and synthesized metal, and it complements the songs nicely.
