BOARD30 Albuquerque is a high-intensity interval training community experience for all levels where 30 minute classes provide an effective full-body workout. BOARD 30 uses only a board, resistance bands, and a few other small tools to help you make a total transformation. Influenced by Pilates, yoga, barre, HIIT, and strength training, BOARD30 is a workout you’ve never experienced before. And the best news is, the strength you’ll gain from BOARD30 is functional fitness that will help you feel stronger in your everyday life. BOARD30 ABQ has classes 7 days a week, with early morning classes for our early risers, and classes throughout the day and evening.
