Breaking Cycles Building Hope was designed to address the state's deficit of safe and professional supervised visitation monitoring services . The agency offers visitations in the home, correctional facilities, in the community and most commonly on-site in their downtown Salem office. In conjunction with monitored visits, Breaking Cycles Building Hope also offers monitored child exchanges, therapeutic supervised visitations, phone and video conference calling monitoring as well as parent training and education.
