Build-Pride, a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization, was founded by a team of leading construction professionals whose mission is to invite others to experience the diverse and valuable opportunities that exist in construction. The founding members were drawn together by a common belief that their companies and the construction industry as a whole are driven by the quality of their people. Build-Pride reaches out to students, parents and educators across Kansas to create a better understanding of the many opportunities provided by a career in the construction trades. They inform and connect talented people to lucrative and fulfilling career opportunities in the construction industry.
