This invention has web interface with the same appearance and controls on the local and distant workstations. Customers see MPEG coded picture and have full management of the program using net that surveillance station can be operated with no monitor, keyboard, and mouse attached. The software performs simultaneous video playback for episode analysis from many webcams concurrently. Also recorded data can be searched by date, time or by face identified. All captured data can be encrypted and secret code protected. The program has been designed as universal program for surveillance hybrid platforms functioning all together with wireless and wired IP webcams, Television-boards, capture cards, power-line, and USB webcams. The software performs `repeated` recording that the `disk full` issue never happens. The recording can be non-stop or it can be started by movement, human face recognition, or by timetable.
