Due to the important functions in diverse critical biological processes, MPs have become the major pharmaceutical targets. CFPS provides an ideal environment to produce soluble and functional MPs efficiently: MPs are synthesized in the presence of chemical additives in a lipidic environment by using MemPro™ lipid-detergent systems, nanodiscs, liposomes and biological membranes.
