We retrieve medical records for insurance defense firms and plaintiff firms. We retrieve records for insurance firms by preparing subpoenas and retrieving from the medical facilities. For plaintiff we use their clients' medical release to retrieve. Once we get the records we upload them to our secure online system to view, print, or save. The entire process to place orders, check status and view records is online. There are no feet on street. All on phone, mail and online. We offer our services nationwide and have clients currently in about 12 states.
