We are Excell Blinds, a family run businesses for over 7 years now and we are based in Liverpool. We will manufacture from our factory and sell a wide range of curtains and blinds, we sell domestically across Merseyside and the Wirral. Additionally for any commercial buildings we are happy to work across the whole of the North West.
