Since 1985, the agency continues to lead the field by example. The NJ State Division of Consumer Affairs licenses Expert Home Care as a Health Care Services Firm. As required by law, Expert Home Care is the direct employer of all it's personnel and assumes full responsibility for all employee withholding taxes and insurances such as unemployment, disability and workman’s compensation. Regulations also dictate that any agency providing hands on personal care and assistance must use Certified home health aides licensed by the NJ State Board of Nursing.
