Having worked for many different menswear companies, the idea of Formal Red grew due to the lack of high quality garments on offer and more importantly poor customer service. From humble beginnings we began tailoring all of our garments here in Melbourne, offering a Custom made Service, a Ready to Wear collection and a modest Hire service. The focus on customer service and quality tailoring was unique. We brought back the experience of a true “Clothier”. This commitment to service has inspired loyalty in the company’s diverse clientele that includes Musicians, Journalists, TV personalities, AFL & NRL players amongst others.
