GRACE ADULT DAY HEALTH CARE offers an ideal alternative to caregivers by providing a daytime care environment outside the home which prevents premature placement in a nursing home. We allow both our participants and caregivers to maintain their dignity while receiving the help they need. Non-English speaking participants are welcome as our bilingual staff speaks English, Spanish, Korean, and Chinese.
