Green coffee is unroasted coffee beans which means it is coffee in its natural form. Since the coffee beans haven’t been roasted, it contains a high level of chlorogenic acids as compared to the traditional roasted coffee. Apart from chlorogenic acid, green coffee also contains caffeine.
